Irritation Due to Hypoxia

When contacts are worn on an overnight period, it causes the eyes to lack oxygen necessary to avoid irritation and complications. Hence, it is important that contacts are made from the right material capable of extended use or made from special component that can make corrective actions for eye vision.

Side Effects

Side effects of using special made lenses are apparent. Double vision, dizziness and even ghosting can be experienced in the day after the lenses are removed. Up to this date, the causes of such side effects are not yet known but one can simply hope that in due time, a more developed special lenses can be made.
